Account Access for Delegates

This section of the website provides access to delegate-only information and documentation for the DA Eastern Cape Provincial Congress.

Access to restricted content is managed through a two-step process:
account registration, followed by delegate approval.

Step 1: Create an Account

Prospective delegates must first create a user account on the site.

Account registration allows us to:

  • Identify users accessing delegate-only material
  • Verify credentials against the official delegate list
  • Secure sensitive Congress information

Creating an account does not automatically grant access to the Delegate Portal.

Step 2: Delegate Approval

Once your account has been created, your details will be reviewed by the Congress secretariat and checked against the confirmed delegates’ list.

Access to the Delegate Portal is enabled only after verification and approval.

Until approval is completed:

  • You may be able to log in
  • You will not be able to view restricted delegate content

If You Are a Confirmed Delegate

If you are a confirmed delegate and have:

  • Registered on the site, but
  • Are unable to access delegate-only pages,

please allow reasonable time for verification to be completed. Approval is not instantaneous and depends on confirmation against official records.

If access issues persist, please contact the Congress support team for assistance.

Login and Password Assistance

  • Registered users may log in using their username or email address and password.
  • If you have forgotten your password, please use the password reset option.
  • For security reasons, password reset links expire after a limited time.

Important Notes

  • Access to delegate-only content is role-based and monitored.
  • Accounts may be reviewed, updated, or revoked where necessary to protect the integrity of the Congress process.
  • Information collected during registration is used solely for Congress administration and access control.
